TyJo Grace Shipping (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides freight forwarding and logistics services from the U.S. to Jamaica. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between TyJo Grace Shipping and you, the customer.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

Package receiving and forwarding

Customs clearance facilitation

Local delivery in Jamaica (optional)

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Prohibited Items

We do not accept items that are:

Firearms, explosives, or weapons

Illegal drugs or narcotics

Hazardous or flammable materials

Perishable goods

Counterfeit products

Items restricted by U.S. or Jamaican laws

We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any shipment that violates these rules.

4. Packaging and Labeling

It is your responsibility to ensure all packages are:

Securely packaged

Clearly labeled with your full name, contact number, and destination

We are not responsible for damage resulting from poor packaging.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before delivery or pickup

Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, or approved online payment methods

Prices may change without prior notice

Unpaid packages may incur storage fees or be disposed of after 30 days.

6. Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery and pickup dates are estimates only

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or transport carriers

Packages must be collected within 14 days of notification. Storage fees apply after this period.

7. Claims and Liability

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your package

You must provide proof of value and condition

Our liability is limited to USD $50 per package unless insurance was purchased

We are not responsible for:

Customs seizures

Delays outside our control

Items damaged due to poor packaging or prohibited contents

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact and shipping information

Comply with all shipping and customs regulations

Avoid sending prohibited or illegal items

Collect packages in a timely manner

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal data only for processing shipments and communications. Your information is never sold or shared unless required by law or customs officials.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any legal disputes will be handled within Jamaican jurisdiction.
